SSEF Scholarship recipients 2024

We are delighted to announce the recipients of the inaugural SSEF Educational Scholarships in Gemmology, awarded annually to individuals with a passion for gemmology.

These scholarships, established by the SSEF Foundation to make gemmological education more accessible, allow recipients to take an SSEF course free of charge.

This year, Coralie Heinis Dias (Brazil) and Su Myat Htet (Myanmar) have been selected for the Prof. Henry A. Hänni scholarship (for the Scientific Gemmology course) and the George Bosshart scholarship (for the Scientific Diamonds course).

Both recipients seek to use knowledge gained in upcoming scientific gemmology and scientific diamond courses at SSEF to further gemmological expertise in their home countries. We are proud to support them in their educational journeys.
