17 Mar SSEF lab temporarily closed due to COVID-19 – but still operating remotely for admin/course questions (email@example.com)
The new coronavirus disease, officially named COVID-19, has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization.
As the virus continues to spread extensively, we have taken additional precautionary measures and continue to strictly follow Swiss government guidelines.
Everyone’s health, safety and well-being during this global health emergency is paramount. As a result of this, from Tuesday 17 March in the afternoon the SSEF lab in Basel will be closed. We can thus not accept new shipments of items to the lab, are currently not testing stones and cannot welcome visitors until it is formally reopened. SSEF’s testing services are stopped until further notice, but SSEF will be working remotely to answer all administrative and courses questions you may have. Clients and the public will be informed of any changes and when SSEF will be reopened.
The SSEF team will operate remotely for the near future for admin and course questions, until the situtation improves. You can contact the SSEF team by using the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
